Description

the hill has fallen on the sidewalk. now there is no sidewalk...very dangerous to walk or to drive a car with people in the road. this is a huge law suit to the city just waiting to happen. now that they are aware of it through my complaints...the law suit will be enormous if something happens to someone. this is not the first time i have reported this and nothing at all has been done except to skirt around the issue. get those land owners to clean it up.

The city of Santa Fe owns a strip of land on the north east corner of Cerro Gordo....the hillside has fallen on the sidewalk. We have no sidewalk. This is a liability for the city. Also please clean up all your trees and bushes encroaching in the street.

Sorry, I was not clear in my communication. Could someone from the city explain how and if they still have a co tract with SeeClickFix and educate us on how it is supposed to work and what type of response time could be expected?

almost 3000 days. click fix is a total failure. consider my complaints a paper trail for when someone gets seriously hurt or killed on Cerro Gordo.

City used to reply...I am guessing they did not renew a contract as they did not renew the contract to report crime statistics by location. It is too bad because I thought click fix was a great idea.

Deborah...If they did not renew the contract then I should not be getting these emails regularly to remind me that the city has done nothing. Oh well.

Hello - See Click Fix is not handled by the City of Santa Fe. We encourage residents to create a ticket using the City CRM System. You can visit https://www.santafenm.gov and click on "Report and Request".

Thanks for the redirection info. The city used to hv a contract with several of these entities but clearly they do not now. Coubnty sheriffs office still has crime reports Inc but the city did not renewContract. I would suggest we all jettison click fix at this point. I am going to... signing off.
