Description
The red light @the entrance to shop-rite and Kohl's only lets 2-3 cars through before it turns red again. It needs to be re-timed The short cycle is on the Miron lane side. I am told the light does not belong to the town, but is owned and maintained by Kohl's plaza and Shop-rite

Isn't Miron Lane a Town road? Then the Town owns it and has to fix it, or at the least, do a proper traffic volume/turning movements study if there are too many complaints about it.

The light is owned by Kohl’s and ShopRite and they are supposed to share the maintenance but I believe the owner of the Kohl’s Plaza is the one who is handling problems with it. The Town of Ulster is not, nor has ever been responsible for the light. Miron lane is also a Ulster County Road. County DPW Office 845-340-3131
