Description

He plays his music super loud, the bass shakes my bedroom walls, floors, bed, etc. it starts usually around 2 am and goes until close to 7 am. He apparently owns the building. We have called the police several times. Obviously, it is still a major problem. We can't sleep. At all. It's that loud. What now?
