This rotary has been badly damaged by a car accident awhile back. The cement planting enclosure is damaged and strewn all over the median, and impeding pedestrians walking through rotary. In addition, this reflects poorly on our fine city to the many visitors traffic the area (Marriott nearby, Broadway shopping, Yale gym nearby).
