The front yard of this house frequently (and currently) has lots of garbage strewn around. There are often piles of garbage in the driveway as well, next to the garbage bins. This neglect and blight makes the block look trashy.
The property is owned by Ziyad Holding Company, LLC.

Back in 2010 I complained to the property management company that was responsible for the property after it was foreclosed on (that time it was illegal bulk trash dumping in front of the house). It was taken care of. That happened again in November of 2011.
In May of 2012 I reported the trash in the front yard to LCI, but nothing was done (and I received no response or follow-up from LCI). I reported it directly to LCI again today, so we'll see what happens. If they ignore the issue again I'll get my alderwoman involved.
Fines need to be levied. This is an absentee landlord whose trash-strewn property is driving down values on the block, and more importantly, impacting our quality of life.
