I've tried posting about this but it does not help. This is David Delissio's puppy mill. There are no laws to protect his animals. The spca tried to prosecute him but they did a bad job at it since his enabling brother is a lawyer and got him out of it. The town is forced to take in his wandering unlicensed dogs on many occassions. Its a very sad situation. The place needs to be condemned. He will say he doesn't live there, but he definitely does. Those poor poor animals.
