Service Requests are pending with Community Sanitation regarding unsanitary keeping of animals and with Building Division regarding the open storage.

We sent SR#164360 to Building to investigate the possible illegal business operating from residential property.

the outside storage is still in progress, the rest of the stuff has been taken care of. The on going piles are still there as well as all the dog droppings, this is all behind the wooden fence and it smells.

The rats and weeds are gone, but the piles of foundation rock are growing, the big 25 ft wide open pit is still there and his workers show up all the time to get bricks, he uses the back yard a his construction storage lot, but he still has piles of junk in the back yard, his sub contractors are his home daily getting supplies and material from both the house and the yard.

Like it has been for 9 years now, still nothing is being done, guess it goes to show you when you vote or give money to the alderwoman you can do whatever you please. Nothing has changed but the rats are gone, piles of trash, rock and construction equipment are still piling up.

To block this mess from outside of the fence, his workers have added a inside fence. PROBLEM is that our 2nd floor windows all surrounding homeowners still his outside storage of supplies, weeds and TRASH

There is a current notice from the city about storage, he has added a inside fence to block the view though the fence, problem is this mess and his outside storage still can be seen from all 2nd floor windows of surrounding homes.
