Call the township and report it EVERY week. Just realize that it will take at least one business day for an inspector to get there, so don't call the day BEFORE trash pickup. Wait until after the trash is picked up and see if the trash is still everywhere, THEN call (or email) the township. If you call in the afternoon, the inspector SHOULD be out the next day. They get the complaints each morning. Also, take photos.

The bags split open when they are dropped out the kitchen window instead of the residents walking the bags down to the basement and out the door. And as for trash cans, what a joke. It's the law that they must be used, but the people who live here now apparently never heard of them. Too much ghetto filth around here now, as evidenced by how many times the 400 block of Hampden has made the Daily Times police reports for shootings, muggings, drug dealing, etc... As well as the other streets in the area. I grew up on the 500 block of Wiltshire Rd., and while Stonehurst Hills was never a paradise on Earth, it was a least a decent, and generally safe place to lice. Not anymore. Thank you, Section 8 housing. And to all the jerks that rent to the uncaring gov't that caters to lazy filth.
