Description

I was heading south on the access road and was stopped at the light that lets you turn left (East) on 580 or straight ( south) towards countryside when the the light did not change for 2 cycles. I was about 8-10 cars back and i still sat there for 13-15 minutes.This happened thur & fri the 3/14 & 3/15
