Interesting! I had noticed this on occasion while walking through certain parts of New Haven (in broad daylight, I do not walk New Haven at night). Now I realize that it is scumbags trying to sell me drugs!!! Wow. Thanks for posting. I will be more "ears open" from now on and add these to my list.

Anastasio...we will do our best to try and solve this issue immediately ..we have already been working on it however the more information I can receive from the community the better it will be..my number is 203-946-7163 leave me a message and I will call you back..issues like this is solved more personally with a call to the Police Department or to the District manager ..complaining about things you are not sure of doesnt solve anything..if you have the energy to write a blog than pick up the phone and call the Police or District manager....look forward to working with you.
