House on corner of Cantwell at Harris Road has a mound of branches and other debris that has been thrown from their yard over the fence to the side of the road. It's an eyesore - has been for a LONG time, and an encouragement for snakes. PLEASE make them clean up this mess. It's been there WAY too long, and the owner of that house should be responsible for the cleanup. They cleaned up some of the debris, but there is still a pile of dead branches by the side of the road
