Description
A city tree on our sidewalk in front of our house has mall branches tangled in the phone, cable and other wires. We LOVE this tree and just would like a small trimmed nothing huge. Our neighbors have complained to us so we'd like to get it taken care of soon.

It was resolved, but very poorly.

They did fix this, but when we got home they absolutely butchered the tree and it looks like a lollipop now. We are so disappointed and sad, it's the only large tree on the street, I wish they would have treated it better. Very very upset about it.
