This seems funny only in that I'm not from the area and clicked the button above this issue to see who's watching this item and comments as they come in. Check above the link

in the blue bar of "Who's Watching" and it shows this Roger Chase. That's all. And, click on him to see he's associated with Pocatello.
That doesn't mean he fixes this. It means he's watching and may read emails about this.
You may be better off taking a completely different slant on this issue. Contact the city offices to see who owns the establishment property and communicate there. That's what I'd consider at this point.
