There are small pot holes that need to be filled. The large pot hole was filled in but not the smaller ones!

The City of Meriden bought a machine to fill Pot Holes with Hot Patch...Then...When are they going to use it???? I have seen Pot Holes being filled the old fashion way and when you drive over them the loose rocks cling to your car!!!!!!
