Description
In eary to middle Feb. 2013 the city was repairing a drainage problem in the 5200 block of Germain Rd. in south Richmond(23224). Drive ways to individuals properties were affected. A 4 1/2 " pvc pipe was laid in the cement drain that was cleared because the situation of cleaning the drain crevace had created a severe dip for cars coming/going into driveways from the street and dragging the front bottom of vehicles. Asphalt was poured over the pipe but my driveway pipe situation is still not properly done. It is not smooth like the others in my block and water puddles on top of this asphalt when it rains(we have had several rainy spells recently). On Feb. 20, 2013 I called and left a message with Mr. Howard Glenn at 646-1920. He is Operational Manager for DPU-Storm Water & Wastewater Collection Div. I have not gotten a response back from him. I would like someone to come out and check the situation and give me a response. Thank You.
