lately it seems that certain people are "allowed" privieldgess in parking.
we have noticed that for the past several days on long lane. "tractor" for a semi has been parked on the side of the "LANE" this is not a regular truck but a SEMI . it takes up several parking spaces. recently we noticed that on the 69 hunderd block of GUILFORD /ABERDEEN RD. better known as Doggy park. another "SEMI"TRACTOR is parked there. there are signs along the blocks that prohibit parking of{COMMERCIAL VEHICHLES}, if a tractor doesnt qualify as a commercial vehichle nothing does. but I bet if my husband parked his van with ladders on top the local authorities would sure as H*L* notice and ticket him.. why do some neighbors get priviledges . I am HOME OWNER.. NOT A RENTER!
