We are aware that a crossing is needed in this area and are working on finding the best solution.

We would prefer not to have a cross walk, as this was DeKalb County's idea and not the request of any of the neighbors. Would it be possible to add stop signs (at some point on Harts Mill / Flowerland and Harts Mill?) to slow down traffic? There a lot of residents who run and walk on Harts Mill and stop signs at one of intersecting streets would be beneficial. At a minimum, please just remove the temporary lines that DeKalb County painted on the street. Thank you for addressing this issue.
