Event Venue is under new management and really nice. We got it for my two year old birthday party, they require us cleaned up and out the building by one, so music stops at 12:30 latest but we aren't aloud to have it super loud either, we used the DJ's small speaker system, nothing major. Parking lot wasn't trashed when we left, we have a little over 100 guest, mostly our family members. Well lit parking area and owner was there the entire night keeping an eye on things. Very affordable as well.
