Description

One of the bars/clubs in this area (I can't pinpoint which one bc it would mean wandering around at 4 am alone) has been playing excessively loud bass music. It ends at the usual 2 am time then begins suddenly again at 4 am even louder!!! It shakes the walls and the bed. It's louder than my tv. What the heck is open at 4 am in this area? And what can I do? I've reported it to 311 with little help. Thanks.
