Description
During an illicit dishcharge investigation a storm drain outfall, located about 10ft into the wooded area behind 1806 southlawn ave, was found to be missing a cover. Serious injury could result should someone unkowingly step into the hole.

Mgmt team notes that the final work was completed on 3/28/2014 with SW crews repairing several impairments along a storm sewer main in the rear properties of the apartment complex. This request has been investigated and completed( CRS#20020885635)
