I agree! This is a problem at that intersection. I live off Spruell Circle. Because of cars illegally passing on the right it can be very difficult to get out on to Kimball Bridge. Often someone turning left on to Spruell will kindly stop and signal for us to go. The cars behind them should stop but they don't. They pull around in to the turn-out lane for the Korean church and then keep on going so there is no opportunity to turn left on to Kimball Bridge. This problem is especially bad during rush hour in the evenings.

Thank you for offering to increase enforcement, but is it possible to get a "Do Not Pass On Right" sign posted at this intersection?

The City's Engineering / Public Works Department is determining the number and location of "Do Not Pass" signs to be placed along Kimball Bridge Road. As soon as installation of the signs is scheduled, it will be noted here.

Also need one at the corner of Ocee Elementary and the Jewish Temple. Cars turning left to the Temple or to Publix are passed on the right in the entrance lane to Ocee Elementary. Just the other day about 4 cars were lined up in front of me waiting for the first car to make a left. A Suburban came up at a pretty good speed, passed in the right turn lane, but did not see the police car in front of me. The police car sure saw him and took off after him. Served him right and thank you Alpharetta PD for pulling him over. Not sure if that corner is Alpharetta or John's Creek though.

The sign that has been installed was not the sign we requested. The new sign says "Right Lane Must Turn Right" (into a church parking lot). This sign has not solved the problem, however. Minutes ago, two cars passed me on the right as I was stopped to make a left turn off of Kimball Bridge Road. Perhaps nothing will stop them from breaking the law, but we specifically requested a sign that said "Do Not Pass on Right."

Engineering and Public Works crews have installed signage along Kimball Bridge Road notifying vehicles right turn lane must turn right.
