Description
Since Grove Street has been made 2-way the TPD use it as an expressway to get to the East end and South end. The 2nd shift is the biggest offender driving down the road in excess of 50 mph. This is a neighborhood highly populated with young children. Many of the residents have witnessed a "near miss" as sghool children walked home fron the bus stop. It is only a matter of time before they are responsible for a fatality. Other emergency vehicles are required to abide by safe driving laws, why not TPD?

I guess your interpretation of 50 is really 35 and as for the near misses? Why are your kids in the road, there is a sidewalk on the street.
