There is a poorly erected, maintained fence on the property line dividing The Essex Condominiums abd Coventry Row Condominiums. The fence was erected by The Essex HOA without approval of the residents. It was erected without the proper building permits. We have attempted to contact the Essex management but have been rudly hung up on by the property manager at The Essex. We have been told by The Essex that unless we are a resident to "Mind our own businees and keep your dogs off our property" When we asked for the HOA president name and number we were told by The Essex management that information was protected by law. We keep our property maintained and wonder why our neighbors cannot due the same. We have been told The Essex is struggling financially. Please help us fix this problem. Thank you, Collen.
