With a neighborhood in that condition, the original homeowners either sell the home eventually turning to rental base properties attracting a population who can only afford what is available at a location matching appearance. Store owners discovering they can supply renters with services by posting a large sign on window “ WE ACCEPT WIC” is one way to retain the subject population due to Ansonia’s ability to support the population with special services & offices matching housing in the town. Thus the reason the ANSONIA HOUSING AUTHORITY Building looks like it is expanding. AHA Gives Ansonia a great looking corner stone to its Main Street entrance for potential home buyers or business tenants.
