Is there a camera there that snaps images of people who run the light? If there is then anyone who gets a ticket can definitely fight it. There have been class-action lawsuits filed (and won) against several cities who did this on purpose so they could collect more revenue from moving violations. It was ruled to be illegal and declared that there has to be at least 'X' amount of time allowed for the light to change through yellow.

No camera light there. It's just a malfunctioned light that goes from green to yellow to red super fast. I'm more concerned about someone getting in a accident because of that. I've almost rear ended someone because they slammed on the brakes sudden when they saw it change so fast.
