Description
Heading on English Dr (East Rock Park) towards New Haven from Davis Street. There a a tree just off the road on the right lane that is way to close. Notice that there re numerous bruises on the tree. I must have been hit many times. I feel like I will be next, especially when a car is coming in the other direction as i am passing this point on the way to work

This is not in Hamden and should be directed to the New Haven Public Works Department.

I just consulted another map---I'm pretty sure that this marker sits in Hamden. New Haven Parks Dept. has been notified regardless.
