Description
Minor issue, but I'll report it just in case: Going WB on Harding at Linbar, the traffic signals do not change to green at the same time. Both will go yellow and red at the same time, but the signals do not change from red to green at the same time, one signal illuminates green about 1-2 seconds after the other already has.
