Normally you force the property owner not the renters!

The whole intersection has rapidly turned into a ghetto.Bulldoze all those buildings there and don't put anything up. You can smell the criminals around there, plus the police are only a block away. Now this is blight Fouts, cut the lip service or cut one of your four city pensions and clean it up. Have the do-nothing city employees do it. You can only shine a fire engine so many times

THE GREATEST, apparently, isn't smart enough to realize that razing buildings and leaving the land empty is also blight.

Again, I want the shop cleaned-up and those responsible forced to maintain decency at this plaza, nothing more than should already be expected.

I probably did overstate the problem, How about mandatory lighting, parking lot pavement on a yearly basis, bettter landscaping and armed security. It's starting to look like southern Warren and Detroit. Can we limit the amount of dollar stores in the area also. Get tough on the landlords or boot them out

13 & HOOVER is becoming seedy, dirty, and unsightly. It's just a matter of time before the bullet proof glass is here. Put up new buidings, even if they stay unoccupied, or put up a Ryder truck biz, were going to need that

I've shopped at the Oakridge there a few times. Last time I went, I came out to have a man looking in my car. I do not plan on going back any time soon.
