Description

Hall Rd and Dalcoma. There's a light for the crossover on Hall Rd right where the Dalcoma extension comes in. Its confusing and dangerous if you're going North on Dalcoma. You think that the traffic on Hall is going to stop because you see a red light but the red light is for the crossover!
