Description

So I got home at 12:30. Drove by Edwards, Bishop, Humphrey, Clark, and onto Pearl. No signs of snow removal anywhere.

That is Edgewood, the city told us in Seeclickfix fix that they would be here last night. WhT didn't they show?

We have added another night/day to complete the street snow removal process. If you live East of the Boulevard and West of the Quinnipiac River and your street has not had snow removal done, then from 6pm tonight Friday (2/15/13) until 6 am tomorrow Saturday (2/16/13) you must park your car on the even side of the street since cars parked on the odd side will be towed.
All other areas of the city will have snow removal done during the day on Friday or Saturday. Info: www.cityofnewhaven.com or please call the Emergency Operations center at (203) 946 – 8221. Thanks for your patience.

So they city said they would be back last night. The actually wrote that on a couple other issues. And they wonder why people are mad!
