Description

The recent completion of the repairs to Chain Bridge should be great news to commuters who have put up with the long project but it is being nullified by motorists who are ignoring the right of way for the inbound and outbound lanes in the morning rush hour. Arlington County and the District need to implement more effective and clearly marked lane markers or signal to notify drivers which lanes they can and can't use. Since reopening, outbound motorists (DC-to-VA) have been using two lanes at the traffic signal at Chain Bridge Road and creating unnecessary congestion for the inbound commuters.
