to clarify, it is the feeder road into K st. behind the apartment houses. Cars are routinely parked there, and it not only effects my commute home, but it jams up washington circle which routinely is jammed when emergency vehicles are trying to bring patients to George Washington Hopsital Center. Tow the @#$% cars!!!
