Not really pedestrian but cars constantly attempting to make left turns at this intersection despite the rush hour prohibition causing many backups and horn blowing - lighted signs (no left turn arrow, red cross through) are sometimes obscured by tree limbs, but usually self-centered drivers - aggressive ticketing is much required here.
