Description
These roads are so bad from having Schoolcraft elementary on them that people all have to drive in the middle of the road and then slow down to pass each other. The sides are unbearable. Some of Lotus has devolved into all potholes and dirt, no original pavement is left.

The road was patched as best they could, but is still worse than most dirt roads.
Perhaps some of that Obama TARP money could be put towards side roads.
