Description

If there is a line of cars waiting at the redlight at East West Highway and 23rd Avenue, some drivers heading west on the highway and in a hurry to make the right turn on 23rd frequently drive in the bicycle and pedestrian lane to the horror of the poor pedestrians walking in the lane. There needs to be some neon poles or something to force the drivers to wait until they arrive at their turning lane.
