I think legend lane may have gotten plowed n tuesday late morning. It was a shame to see how the east haven snow plows came through the area. They did not go into the cul de sac at legend lane (or the cul de sac on the other end). I was surprised at how the snow plow operator literally piled the snow into those two areas making matters worse. The residents were literally plowed in. If there would have been a fire or medical emergency within the cul de sacs, there was no way anyone could have gotten in or out.
