Description

A cluster of feral cats with what seems to be an increase in population and regular new litters. What can be done?

I assume you mean the back alley, between St. Albans and Fitzwater? I have noticed them prowling in the alley and foraging for food. They seem to go in and out of an abandoned building there, but I never really pursued them.
