There has been several developers conversing with City Pols over that area, proposals and ideas about the whole block ,(Nicoll,Canner,Foster,Willow) What was the name of that small factory/business on Foster St ? The TV in the picture looks like it's sitting on the property adjacent to the little house with big appraissals..

How unfortunate that it's money for them that is holding back progress.
I would buy that property as I am shopping for a home for months now!

The old Lehman property adjacent to this property ran into issues with the developers and some have sold their share of the property. They unfortunately have also not been taking care of their property as well as they could. LCI is in contact with them and I will reach out to them as well. We will get Public Works to take care of the T.V. and keep pushing this issue.

Go directly to the state's attorney and tell them that you have been complaining to LCI for 10 years and they are not doing their job. Judith Dicine's office is on the 3rd floor of the courthouse. When did this site become a free area for people to advertise real estate?

Go down to the 3rd floor of the courthouse on elm street downtown New Haven, and speak to Judith Dicine, who is the State's attorney on housing matters. Tell her about the problem and that it has been going on for so long, and that LCI has done nothing about it. She is responsible on behalf of the state to do something about this. LCI is famous for accepting cash handouts from landlords and looking the other way. But if you have called LCI many times with no result, you are probably starting to grasp that fact. Yeah, your property taxes keep going up, but LCI, which is a bunch of guys that drive around looking for problems, can't grab hold of this? LCI is a waste of space. Go directly to the state and tell them LCI screwed up again and intervention by the state is needed. Repost if you get nowhere for the next step.

Your statement is way off. LCI resolves a lot of issues. This will get resolved as well.

THIS STATEMENT IS NOT WAY OFF my neighbor lived at 220 greenwich avenue in a building owned by a partner of mandy management she has 2 children was forced into a shelter because the whole house is shifting at the foundation raw sewage was pouring into the bathroom from the apartment above. 13 PEOPLE living in the apartment above with one toilet every time the toilet flushed it would come through a broken pipe in the ceiling the pi[e also in the basement was broken a flood all the time. Also garbage all the time on side of the house they had mice roaches and bedbugs Inspector Eddie Rodrigues went there many times did nothing mother and children ended up in a shelter. Upstairs tenants are afraid to say anything or else they will get evicted. Shame on you Eddie Rodriguez you did nothing about this.
