Description
The green arrow/pedestrian signal combinations do not function properly at this intersection, or at many of lights along Hennepin. Regardless of whether the green arrow comes at the beginning or end of a cycle, the pedestrian signals on both sides display a "don't walk" symbol, even though pedestrian crossing is only incompatible on one side. On Marquette and 2nd, pedestrians continue to receive a "walk" signal on the side that is not in conflict with a green arrow.
