The situation hasn't changed since this was posted. Dumpster has been there over a year and kids are hanging out in outbuildings.

Denicola bought it with borrowed money and is broke. Had bought this for his wife and then can't afford to fix it. Horrible situation. There were homeless people actually biting wood in a barrel there last week. I am guessing they probably are in the abandoned house as well. Disgusting.
