This is not on EBMUD property. It is on city property in front of the EBMUD driveway.

This is an ongoing problem at this site. The minute they clean up one pile, someone else dumps another.

Believe it or not, someone dumped a wrecked Infiniti FX 35 up there this afternoon. I will report it as a separate issue.
