Prevent it from continuing??? It's been going on for a year and y'all have done nothing yet. I'm leaving this in your hands, 311, but 311 has been a disgrace to the people who want a clean neighborhood On Malcolm X. The dude is a patient, so I can't approach him and I don't know who's responsible for watching him.
