Hi:
THis is an ongoing problem, I have reported repeatedly to police, and traffic dept, no resolution. Cars park right up to the corner on Fifth & Orange, seriously blocking view, impossible to see cars coming N on Fifth if you are stopped at Orange & Fifth. It is even hard to walk across, as vision is blocked. Sidewalks sometime blocked. No signage " No parking here to corner" as is on oposing corners. Why not?
