I DON'T KNOW WHY THERE IS EVEN A STOP SIGN HERE, PENN PINES AND THORNDALE. NO ONE PAYS ANY ATTENTION AND BLOWS RIGHT THROUGH IT. MY GRANDCHILD LIVES RIGHT AT THAT STOP SIGN LOCATION AND I WANT THIS INVESTIGATED, PLEASE.
