Description

when people come to patronize the library for passports,job search or to enjoy a good book or to bring their children for reading time THERE ARE AT LEAST 10 HOMELESS PEOPLE REEKING OF BEER AND CIGARETTES AND JUST LOITERING IN THE LIBRARY SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW

Be glad your not homeless! What we need to do is open up some of these homes that were taken by the borough to give these people a chance to get there act together. Especially since they aren't aloud to have a tent.

Sorry - I agree with the first comment! It smelled SOOOO bad in there the other day - even the librarian commented on it! It is hard for patrons to enjoy the library - it is not the place for the homeless to hang out. And since when does Pottstown need to be the place for all the homeless to congregate?
