Bryan, you are right about that building. It is probably one of the worst. We talked about it at the CDC meeting on Wednesday and someone was going to find out who owned it and ask for permission to paint it over. We will also have to acquire the right color paint .

Once we get that done , we can start working on the buildings on Baldwin located at E. Colgate, E. Chicago etc. I do know a young lady who has relatives living on E. Colgate but I don't know if they will be willing to be proactive . I can find out to see if a Neighborhood Watch group can get started there.
