In order to enter a ticket for the Police Dept., they also need to know if the vehicle is driveable, if there is anything broken or missing on the vehicle, and the police district. Thank you. (mb)

The car is driveable, there does not appear to be anything broken or missing, and the block is located in the 17th police district.
