This post is accurate, and a fix would increase safety, efficiency, and convenience.

The lights at the intersections of Ashland Ave and Providence Road and Bishop Ave and Providence Road are totally messed up. During rushhour people traveling on Providence Road in the direction of the Secane train station block the intersection of Providence Road and Ashland Ave because the light at Providence and Bishop is red. Because of this, cars on Ashland can't make a right turn. I've sat through numerous green lights in a row and never moved. These lights need to be fixed. I've seen many a road rage incident at this intersection.

Here's some driving advise, if you can't get accross the intersection, DON'T BLOCK IT.

Over the past 2 weeks, this issue seems to have been alleviated. I am not sure if it is just when I drive though at the same time, or if it has been consistently fixed. I will ask around.

Cose this. Nancy, the issue is not whether I drive the route, but what steps those like you who deem it necessary to keep it open on this site will do to get it FIXED. First, UD Twp does NOT watch this site. Therefore, all these old problems are never seen by them unless YOU email or call the appropriate Dept or your local councilperson's office for help.
