TREE HAS BEEN CUT DOWN FOR A WHILE AND WOOD HAS BEEN LEFT AT CURB BLOCKING FIRE HYDRANT. ALSO A NUISANCE AS RODENTS AND BUGS. MIGHT START LIVING AMONG THE DEBRIS. IT IS A VACANT LOT. CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO HAVING THE LOT OWNER REMOVE. THANK YOU.
