This issue has been ongoing for well over a year. It seems that for some reason it never gets fixed. We discussed this at our neighborhood meeting with Supervisor Breed. I believe her office was going to look into it. It just never seems to get fixed no matter how many times it is referred to 311.

I would recommend at this point that the city take a really GOOD look at that light at 170 Fell street. It has been reported ad nauseum over the last two years. It seems to go out about every 2 to 3 months. I have a feeling it is more then a bulb and sensor.
